Holistic treatments and assessing results

Something I have become increasingly aware of is the difficulty in measuring the results of Holistic treatments. This being because holistic treatments take EVERYTHING into account about you. Including your lifestyle, your diet, Your history both emtionally and mentally. 

I personally measure them via a list of evaluation sheets and questions and ask for feed back.  

I measure with my simple questionnaires as a way of working out whats best for the client. Sometimes I will recommend practitioners I like to attend if the practitioner is more skilled in an area the client wants benefits in than I am. Sometimes using these evaluations its clear the person has found a system of treatments that can help. I don't believe one fits all and I use this as a way to work in the clients best interest. 

Everything we do from medicating a problem to going to a talk therapist has a process. I like to honor the process with some sort of monitoring. 

Let me be straight though the monitoring I do is limited as energy has its way of working and usually the benefits we track are minor in comparison to the whole results that take place. 
Example a back issue may be treated or a form of anxiety and as either of these issues ease up we notice improvements in other areas like self esteem, energy, relationships ect these are hard to acknowledge as an improvement associated with the holistic treatment but if I track it in a few clients I can see the pattern and the next time I have a back issue I can ask asses the other areas of the clients life it may be affected .This is what Holistic means after all.

The holistic area is so varied in its training procedures and monitoring process. I love the idea of seeing results and standing beside them saying YES we can achieve these not because a theory has taught me to trust but because i have seen it, felt it and now understand it.

Energy Massage - A physical treatment that assists in unlocking the mental, spiritual & emotional imprints held with in your muscles 


When I was first being taught about massage it was touched on briefly about the energy system with in the body. Mainly focusing on acupressure points and the eastern chakra system. As time has gone on, I have seen what dramatic releases and results can be obtained through the correct touch and attention. Although the process is a massage I focus on using the massage as a way to help let go of stored emotions, tensions and worries from the body.
When working on a client who knows what can happen, from a blissful state of relaxation to an awakening within themselves. It is limitless on an emotional, spiritual and mental level what a client can take away from a massage.
All my massages incorporate a healing vibration working in the clients best interest. The healing goes where ever it is required, I just simply allow each part of the persons body be fully present and cared for step by step.

Rising Star - A course of treatments that encourage and assist transformation 




My first few treatments of rising star seemed really gentle and easy to process while on the table that is. Then the following 21 day cleansing process really proved to me how powerful they are. They really cleared out the clutter and allowed me to take responsibility for my life and my experiences.

With such an amazing amount of growth and change coming from this process. As difficult as you may find things now or have in the past, the Rising Star has helped you to let go of the past and prepared me for the now.

What iv noted with them both as a practitioner and as a client, they will bring you as far as you are willing to allow them. Like an unlimited train ticket all you have to do is step abroad and allow the journey to take place.

Prema Birthing - A chance to make a conscious rebirth into your life 


This is a beautiful experience both as the receiver and as the channel. It is an experience surrounded in love and acceptance. Embodied in growth, hope and change. 
During a process we bring to the conscious mind anything we are willing to surrender, we then let go of that and sit in the love that the practitioner calls in and holds that is from the divine. 
The process really is about being reborn into consciousness and is so powerful that even the novice of practitioners is able to access such a strong vibration that it is recommended that you as the receiver leave 3 months between each session or up to a year for the practitioner who has mastered the rebirth process.
My personal experience as a receiver has been intriguing as I  have observed changes that go beyond words. To some it up, I have learnt and am learning forgiveness of self and others, It has highlighted the choices I now make contribute to my experience. It has empowered me to not just react or survive but to be part of  the experience.
This is such a powerful modality I can begin to describe the love and acceptance it has assisted with. It has encouraged me to develop beyond my earlier limitations and to live as well as I possibly can.

MAXIMIZING YOUR EXPERIENCE OF A MEDITATION CLASS

First check in with your motive for joining the meditation group. 
Is it spiritual, relaxation, time out or trying something new? When you establish which if not all options it is we can then go with a clear mind-set and intention. To make the most of anything you do in life you have to have an inner commitment. This couldn't be more important when joining a meditation class or group.
Before the meditation class
Physically, make sure you’re comfortable in your clothes
Internally make sure you haven’t eaten anything too heavy or sickly before you join the group.
Mentally try to leave the day at the door and go in with a clear intention
During the meditation class
Remember the reason you joined the group
Accept how you are feeling, sometimes you will be so in tuned with the class and other nights you will find it difficult, just allow it don’t judge it, If you aren't in tuned sit with how it feels just let it flow
Follow the leadership of the facilitator but don’t be afraid to allow your higher self-guide you somewhere else.  
Follow your breath and how you feel
After the meditation class
Hold on to the peace and tranquility for as long as you can
Remember to drink water add a lemon for extra cleansing
Bring the breathing into your daily life
Track your Results:
I like to track results in a journal to see changes that occur during any programme or group I take part in, it allows you to see in steps the differences and benefits. Just each day during the programme even the days you aren’t attending the group jot a note or two in your journal to see your growth step by step.
